Throughout history, Milan has been a capital of innovation, production, and efficiency; an industrial city.
The students’ proposal aimed to use these characteristics of Milan to transform the Park Hyatt Milano into an inspiring place to be and be seen, and to create a relationship between people and history.
Focusing on the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II as a clear representation of Milanese style, the idea was to redefine the Park Hyatt as a place where the city meets life. The project analyzed flow patterns and user activities below the cupola to optimize the space as a meeting point for Millennials.
