In the frame of the Product Strategy Workshop, Domus Academy Students from the Master in Visual Brand Design and Master in Business Design had the chance to collaborate with AKQA on a creative and challenging brief to answer AKQA’s Future Lions brief about Rebuild the World.
Reporting that 2 in 10 kids say they have no time to play and parents struggle to see the value of it, AKQA asked Domus Academy students to create a powerful idea that puts creative playback on the agenda and shows how kids can realize great things when they are left to play.

Four winning teams went to Cannes Lions and pitch their ideas live on stage to a jury. One idea has been selected and will go into production with the team working alongside LEGO® and AKQA.
Lirika Krasniqi, Veronica Menegolo, Nora Mosley, and Natthida Mongkonsiri envisioned WeBuild, a mobile app that cultivates group play and fuels imagination across both physical and digital spaces. The solution puts creative playback on the agenda and inspires togetherness. WeBuild lets the builders of tomorrow see how many great things can be realized when creating a world together.
