In the frame of Product Strategy Workshop, Domus Academy students from the Master’s in Business Design and Master’s in Visual Brand Design had the opportunity to collaborate with Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Milan. After analyzing the well-known and effective brand experience at the Starbucks flagship store, students envisioned ideas to reshape the customer service in the time of pandemic.
