Within the Experience Design Workshop with Illimity Bank, the students of the Master in Service Design and Master in Interaction Design Mary Murphy, Kajal Ramrup, and Sukhanya Narayanan, have envisioned ‘PASSION by Illimity’, a banking service that allows clients to discover, grow, and recognize their passions.
Recognising that users is interested in a service that do not just keep savings, but also need banking recommendations, the group that includes students from the Master in Experience Design and Master in Interaction Design, created a service to make Illimity relevant to the affluent target through innovative, value-based products.

Through a survey, AI will help users in defining a profile based on 4 categories of passions: nature, sport, community and travel. The unique profile created shapes users’ identity within illimity and grows with their needs and desires.
After setting their goal and attending bespoke events, users can see the growth of their PASSION through their personal profile. Through this service users give back to their passions while also becoming part of a larger Illimity community.
