Within the frame of the Envisioning Workshop, Domus Academy students of the Master in Interior & Living Design reflected on the future of retail space, imagining changing and multifunctional spaces to adapt to a variety of different spatial needs.
In the Dynamic Ocean project, students Fangyi Chen, Vissarut Suebprasit and Hang Rok Cho developed a mobile, transformable and fluid space for KULT, based on four elements: Dynamic Unit, Dynamic Bubble, Dynamic Land and Dynamic Wave.

Dynamic Unit and Dynamic Bubble, are different dimensions of Pods, which are mobile in the store – Dynamic Land is its roof structure – They can be used as video playback, interactive space or fitting room. Dynamic Wave is the general part of the wall surface. All these elements make the space versatile and changeable according to functional needs (experience stores, seasonal discount stores, workshops and fashion shows).
Dynamic Ocean is a unit that can be moved anywhere and used in different ways by clients, creating a dynamic and ever-changing environment. The store becomes an area of experience, dynamic and transformable.
