The aesthetic of the project is inspired by puzzle games (Jenga, Tetris, jigsaw puzzles). The first recipe consists of a gellied pureé, inspired by the act of harvesting vegetables, garnished with bread crumbs that represent dirt, while the second one consists of a two piece sculpture made out of three different types of bread, paired with a sauce that embodies all three of these countries food cultures. The last recipe is a Turkish delight made of an emblematic fruit from Mexico and India (guava and mango) and the classical rose water flavored from Turkey.
