The second appointment of the cycle of webinars “Connecting the Dots” will host the Domus Academy former student Rodrigo Torres.
As previously announced with the launch of the first webinar, this cycle will host notable former students to discuss their career development after their graduation.
The webinar will be moderated by Paolo Lorini, an independent consultant and advisor in design, who will interview Rodrigo about his professional path and growth and his achievements while explaining how Domus Academy contributed to boost his career.

Rodrigo Torres is a product designer specialized in furniture, electronics and home appliances.
He was born and raised in Colombia where he graduated in Industrial Design at the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University (Bogotà).
Aftewards, he completed the Master’s in Product Design at Domus Academy in 1999. He founded his own studio in 2004 and, since then, he has been collaborating with important international brands in Europe, Asia, Nord America and Latin America.
His clients include renowned international companies such as Alessi, Poliform, Oras, Hansa, Cassina IXC, Landscapeforms, Nike, Microsoft, Domodinamica, Potocco, Challenger e Zientte.
He has won several awards and his work has been shown in important design exhibitions in Europa, Asia and America.
He has been visiting professor and project leader in the Master’s in Product Design and in the Master’s in Interaction Design at Domus Academy and he has been teaching and giving conferences in several universities worldwide.
The webinar will be held on the 8th of June at 5.00 pm (CEST).
