In occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Earth Day, on the 22nd of April, Dillinger was guest on the Levi’s Instagram channel @levis_ITA with Paola Maugeri, releasing a video-interview about the future of fashion.
During this celebration, Dillinger talked about how the fashion industry has to change its approach after the pandemic in terms of respect and sustainability towards man and the environment, giving priority to real values.

During this celebration, Dillinger talked about how the fashion industry has to change its approach after the pandemic in terms of respect and sustainability towards man and the environment, giving priority to real values.
He discussed regarding sustainable evolution and how Levi’s has been actively innovating its entire production chain for years to allow the least possible dispersion of resources and product novation.
“I want to be sure that everything we are doing is improving people’s lives and offers a values whether it is comfort, safety or protection.” he said. “I want to make sure that in ten years everything we are doing will be able to turn into something new.”
Thus, Dilliger presented Levi’s WellThread, the sustainable collection by Levi’s.
He talked about the process behind its realization and the project designed keeping in mind a future reuse of it so that the garments can be fully recycle giving them a new life.
The video-interview was presented within the live streaming “What Earth tell us” by National Geographic and Piano B, together to evaluate the issues to be faced and to adopt solutions for the environment.
