Scuba is a table inspired by an oxygen tank similar to those used by divers to make diving.
The soft edges around the table instil a feeling of quiet and subtlety, as what you can feels while scuba diving. It is handcrafted by folding iron sheets around a lathe. Finish of Trophy Gold is through electrophoretic lacquer and the Caviar Black, Army Green and Wine Red ones are powder coated.
Incepted in 2003, ELLE DECO International Design Awards is the most coveted product design award in the world. EDIDA India prides itself for recognising and giving boost to local brands made in India, and provides a global platform to the winners. Winners of local awards are automatically nominated for the international EDIDA, where all 25 Editors-in-Chief of the ELLE DECOR and ELLE Decoration work together to research the best design. Each year ELLE DECO, choose the best projects that represents India and its indigenous design that will be showed in the ceremony taking place during Salone del Mobile and they will also be presented live on ELLE DECOR India’s digital platform.
