Netijyata Mahendru, who attended the Master’s in Luxury Brand Management in 2015, is the founder at Broadcast Beauty Consultancy that builds homegrown millennial and Gen-Z Indian beauty brands and fuels the growth of global beauty and personal care brands in India.
Prior to this, she was a part of the Estée Lauder Companies, where she launched and headed the giant’s millennial brands in India (Smashbox cosmetics & Glamglow), spearheading the Go-To-Market market strategy, online and offline distribution, and sales, brand and product marketing, new product development, local relevancy initiatives, events and partnership, social and digital media strategy.

Netijyata Mahendru, who attended the Master’s in Luxury Brand Management in 2015, is the founder at Broadcast Beauty Consultancy that builds homegrown millennial and Gen-Z Indian beauty brands and fuels the growth of global beauty and personal care brands in India.
Prior to this, she was a part of the Estée Lauder Companies, where she launched and headed the giant’s millennial brands in India (Smashbox cosmetics & Glamglow), spearheading the Go-To-Market market strategy, online and offline distribution, and sales, brand and product marketing, new product development, local relevancy initiatives, events and partnership, social and digital media strategy.
She has also worked on the business development and marketing of fragrance brands such as luxury brands like Jo Malone London, Tom Ford Beauty, Ermenegildo Zegna and premium brands like Michael Kors, DKNY & Tommy Hilfiger.
Caroline Fraser, who completed the Master’s in Business Design in 2011, is a well-rounded communications professional with over 13 years of international experience in brand communications and strategy, including practical experience in PR, social media, digital content, sponsorships, experiential, spokesperson management and crisis communications.
She currently is Head of Communications, L’Oréal Professionnel France, at the international headquarters of the world’s first cosmetics group. Caroline won national and international awards for the development of innovative concepts and top-level communications programs.
She acted as a visiting professor and mentor at the Domus Academy in Milan for the Master’s in Business Design, in Fashion Management, and Luxury Brand Management while offering brand strategy consulting services to North American and European clients.
Praatika Mehra, graduated cum laude in the Master’s in Luxury Brand Management in 2017, is currently working with India’s leading beauty e-commerce platform – Nykaa.com.
At Nykaa, she is Executive Brand Manager, associated with the Natural Category’s top and leading brands, where she manages brand relations, strategy and inventory management
