The Code sets out principles of integrity and ethical behavior, and our responsibilities to each other, our students, student lenders, suppliers, stockholders, and the public.
The Code sets a baseline: it does not cover every issue that may arise, but it provides basic principles and a methodology to help guide us in the attainment of this common goal. By following the Code, and acting ethically, we will continue to be trustworthy for all those with whom we interact. Our serious commitment to the Code, and all it represents, is critical to our long-term success.
