JiHye’s leadership extended to the international stage during Expo 2015 in Milan, where she served as the local manager for the Korean Pavilion, showcasing her ability to coordinate complex, high-profile projects. From 2019 to te current date, she shapes the global design landscape as the Chief Director of NOROO Milan Design Studio, a consultancy that brings innovative solutions to life by merging creativity and cultural insight. She got 3 times Red Dot Design, Brand Communication category exhibition design awards, and currently is Chief Director of MAGMA Project in Milan.
