Chloe (Jaehee) Lee is the AI Governance Design Lead at IBM, with a background in UX design and design strategy. In her current role, she develops design frameworks for AI governance systems, applying human-centered design principles to enhance AI transparency, fairness, and compliance with regulatory standards. Her work ensures that AI technologies are not only innovative but also aligned with societal values.

Before transitioning into AI governance design, Chloe specialized in UX design for consumer-facing digital products. She worked on smart home systems at LG Electronics in Seoul and contributed to the UX of a luxury fashion eCommerce platform at Versace in Milan. Her expertise now bridges both the technical and human aspects of AI system design, ensuring responsible and user-centric AI solutions. She recently had the honor of receiving the iF Design 2025 Gold Trophy.
Born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, Chloe has lived in Spain, England, and Italy and is currently based in Stuttgart, Germany. A devoted dog mom and passionate fashion enthusiast.
