Francesco Sardu is an Italian service designer.
In 2010 he obtained a Master’s degree with 110 summa cum laude at the University of Sassari in Publishing & Multimedia Communication with a thesis titled “Internet of Services: A state of the art”, dedicated to the phenomenon known as “Internet of Things”, (IOT).
In 2012 he completed the Master’s degree in Service Design at Domus Academy in Milan.

Between 2012 and 2014, he had the opportunity to work abroad as freelance for mobility services, first in Estonia and then in Germany.
He then worked for 5 years at e-Service for Life & Health, the research unit of San Raffaele hospital, where he applied service design approach to design healthcare services in a multidisciplinary environment, involving doctors, biomedical engineers, and developers.
Since 2019, he works as Senior UX researcher at Nestlé, in the global IT Hub.
