Emir Polat won Elle Decor Contest
Congratulations to Domus Academy Alumnus Emir Polat for winning Elle Décor 30th Anniversary Contest.
Emir Polat is a designer born and based in Turkey, he joined Domus Academy gaining a Master’s Degree in Interior and Living Design in 2017.
Earlier this year, ELLE Décor held a contest celebrating the publications’ 30th anniversary.
Whitney Robinson, the Editor-in-Chief at ELLE Décor, picked Polat as winner amongst over 80 unique designs submitted.
The collection selected by Elle Décor, ‘La Pausa’, was conceived and made by Emir Polat while he was in Italy and was strongly influenced by Italian Design.
The collection has been showed at Hight Point Market, the largest furnishings industry trade show in the world held in North Carolina and featured also on Elle Décor Magazine.
