On Tuesday 16th November Domus Academy hosted the Award Ceremony of the best projects selected by Bulgari Hotel as part of the workshop held in September with Master’s in Luxury Brand Management students.
Given the shift of costumers’ desires, the aim of the project was to track the consumers’ journey and experience before, during and after their stay at the Bulgari Hotel.
Students were asked to identify main pain points of this journey proposing feasible, cost effective and easily implementable solutions for Bulgari Hotel along consumers.

Students were asked to identify main pain points of this journey proposing feasible, cost effective and easily implementable solutions for Bulgari Hotel along consumers.
After analysing Bulgari Hotel brand identity, students proposed a new service identifying and elaborate the touchpoints, processes, and technologies included in the service.
In addition, students created a persona journey to identify different scenarios and depicting how the service they proposed anticipates to each stage of the personal journey.
After evaluations, Bulgari Hotel choose best three projects awarding: Ahra Cho, Kajal Hemanshu Patel, Kanishk Bugalia, Aikaterina Papaderou, Lynn Bekhazi, Niki Squara, Chanoknun, Maya Yildrim, Lara Vaghi, Mrinalika, Ajoy Raj, Paulina Macchiavelo, Juliana Gomez, Kadambari Goel and Nicolas Quintero.
