In this sessions, Chloe Jaehee Lee, interviewed by Andrea Desiato, will share insights into her career journey, beginning with her background in UX design.
Chloe, originally from Seoul, has lived in Spain, England, and Italy before settling in Stuttgart. After her studies, she worked in consumer-facing digital product UX design, including smart home systems at LG Electronics in Seoul and an eCommerce platform for luxury fashion at Versace in Milan. As she transitioned into AI governance design, Chloe focused on balancing both the technical and human aspects of AI system design. In her current role, she develops design frameworks for AI governance systems, using her human-centered design expertise to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with regulatory standards. Her work guarantees that AI technologies are not only innovative but also aligned with societal values.
