We’re excited to announce that two Domus Academy students from the Master’s in Fashion Design, Emre Pakel and Eunji Choo were selected by Vogue Talents magazine – Blooming Again, dedicated to sustainability in fashion.
Their projects focus mainly on the theme of awareness and responsibility in its broadest meaning: sustainability, gender equality, fluidity and ethical fashion.
Emre Pakel, is showcasing his collection “Isn’t less Enough?”, produced with eco-friendly materials with an elegant and transformative look. His capsule collection is actually an answer to the question “Is it possible to make designs with a limited number of materials?”.
“It is a journey of our stories, which are the starting points of a design, an identification in a sustainable future. It is a sustainable action being storified in digital and showing the more in less”.

Eunji Choo believes that clothing defines the most intimate space surrounding the body. The project she created was inspired by the urban planning suggested by the Situationist International including Guy Debord in the 1960s.
The idea of free exploration based on focal points in the city of Paris is transferred to the points of clothing – especially Le Smoking by Yves Saint Laurent in the same period.
It is about variations of flow within the given space with the dynamics strengthened by the layering and juxtaposing of multiple panels.
Congratulations! We are very proud of you.
