Domus Academy will host Maria Giulia Prezioso Maramotti and Elia Maramotti – respectively Max Mara Fashion Group Board Member and Product Coordinator Dedimax, Brand Director of MAX&Co – during the next Disrupting Patterns Talk on January 29th 2025.
Maria Giulia and Elia will share their remarkable journeys in the fashion industry, from their early roles to their current influential positions. The talk, moderated by Ildo Damiano, will explore their leadership at these iconic fashion houses, the innovative strategies adopted by the group, and their vision for the future of fashion.
Maria Giulia began her career at Credit Suisse in London before joining Max Mara Group in 2008, focusing on retail. After roles in Paris and New York as U.S. Retail VP, she returned to Italy and now serves as a Board Manager for Max Mara Fashion Group. Elia started his career in Shanghai and gained experience in digital retail for MAX&Co. and Sportmax, as well as auditing for Max Mara’s holding company. Transitioning to design in 2019, he became Brand Director for MAX&Co. and, in 2024, was appointed Product Coordinator for Dedimax.
This talk will provide valuable insights for students of Domus Academy in the Fashion and Luxury areas, offering a unique opportunity to learn directly from a leading figure in the industry.
