Cumulus Green 2024: Designing Healthy Futures is a prestigious competition aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This year’s theme centred on SDG 3: Health and Well-being. Among the numerous projects submitted, Epistep captivated the international jury with its innovative approach to enhancing health and well-being, standing out among the three winners and 31 Honourable Mentions awarded.
Epistep is a groundbreaking four-step solution designed to empower individuals living with epilepsy. By combining a main device, an extension, and a complementary app, this cutting-edge ecosystem connects patients, family members, and healthcare professionals, creating integrated support that records epileptic seizures, notifies caregivers in emergencies, and optimises assistance.
We are proud to see our students engaged in projects that not only address current needs but also aim to make a difference in people’s lives. Congratulations to the entire team for this extraordinary achievement!
